21 मई 2019, दंतेवाड़ा। दंतेवाड़ा नक्सली हमले में मारे गए दिवंगत विधायक भीमा मंडावी की हत्या की जांच एनआईए करेगी। NIA ने आईपीसी की धारा 147, 148, 149, 302, 396, 307 और 120 (बी) के तहत और भारतीय शस्त्र अधिनियम की धारा 25 और 27 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है।
- जानकारी के मुताबिक एनआईए ने 17 मई को मामला दर्ज किया है।
- बता दें, 9 अप्रैल को नक्सलियों ने भीमा मंडावी के काफिले पर हमला कर उनकी हत्या कर दी थी।
- नक्सलियों ने आईईडी ब्लास्ट किया था जिसमें विधायक मंडावी और चार जवान भी शहीद हो गए थे ।
- बता दें कि वर्ष 2018 के विधानसभा चुनावों में जब छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा 15 सीटों पर सिमटी और बस्तर से उसका सूपड़ा साफ हुआ तब मंडावी एक मात्र बीजेपी प्रत्याशी थे जिनको जीत हासिल हुई थी।
- भीमा की हत्या के बाद बीजेपी ने इसे साजिश करार दिया था और जांच की मांग की थी।
